I have an unsupported card (Diamond Multimedia Stealth 64 or apparently renamed in the past to Stealth 64 Video 3000 or to Stealth 64 Video VRAM).
Apparently, this chip (ibm ramdac 526) was supported under 3.3.6 per <http://www.xfree86.org/4.2.0/Status28.html#28> but under 4.2.0 it is not supported. Questions: 1. Is there a work-around? 2. Is anyone working on supporting this chipset at this time, and if not, could anyone provide any useful info if I was to attempt to do this myself? 3. Is the design complexities such that supporting the chip is not worth the effort? Any input is much appreciated.
