I had the same problem. If you change the file names from lower case x files
to upper case X files it should install as they indicate. Give it a try hope
it helps.

Xbin.tgz Xlib.tgz Xman.tgz Xdoc.tgz Xfnts.tgz Xfenc.tgz Xetc.tgz Xxserv.tgz
notice these are ALL upper case X files but in your download they are lower
case xman.. xdoc and need to be changed to Xman... etc.
