They *MAY* be available from CVS.

I built an RPM based on Feb 14th CVS that works for my Geforce4 MX420.
not sure if it covers your version of the Geforce but might be worth a
try.

http://aleph.atecgroup.com/~chrisf/SRPMS/XFree86-4.2.99-6.30.src.rpm

I may try a newer version of CVS if that doesn't work for you.
