[Newbie]Configuring Matrox Millenium Video Card

I have installed XFree86 v.4.2.0 on a machine running FreeBSD and am having trouble configuring a Matrox Millennium video card (MGA2064W).  When I run the XFree86 configuration and select the Millennium card, I receive the message that I need to install the server in /usr/X11R86/bin/XF86_MGA.  The SVGA server is installed.  Shouldn't it be able to auto detect the Millennium card?    Thank you, Michelle
