How funny, I just had this problem today.

Bear in mind that no one can really help you if you just say "my screen
shuts down" you aren't giving enough information. The first place to
find some answer is the file /var/log/Xfree86.log (or something quite
similar) If you send it along with the file /etx/X11/XF86Config-4 (your
server's configuration file) maybe some one could give you some advice.
