OK,
I'm really going to reveal my ignorance... but here goes!
I can't seem to access ebase or FMP 5.0 which are both on my computer and which I
accessed just 1 1/2 weeks ago. Please note that I deleted the shortcut from my
desktop per the manual's instructions - once we installed FMP 5.0.
I'm sure there's a simple explanation. I Read the manual (page 2-12) and followed
instructions, but regardless of what I click on I get the following error message:
"This is FileMaker Pro release 4.0. 'ebase' was created by version Pro 5.0 of
FileMaker and cannot be opened by this version. Please contact the developer of this
solution."
Please note that we do NOT have FMP 4.0 nor have we ever had 4.0 installed.
Please help! I was hoping to process my first batch of donations from our recent
direct mail appeal.
