First thing is to ensure that in the Navilink software you have the Format set as "oziexplorer/gpx/csv".
Next question - where are you running the Navilink software from (CD or hard disk). I have always previously run the software straight from the CD ,and when I download tracks etc from the GT11 I get 7 files, including 2 in gpx format and 2 in KML format. Yesterday I copied the Navilink software to my hard disc, but when I tried to download from the GT11 I only got 3 files, and none were gpx format.
