Luke I don't know how often the Mapnik layer gets updated with the coast shapefiles, but it is not necessarily on the same weekly schedule as the rest of the data (i.e. not necessarily Wednesday / Thursday of each week).

The only error I could find in the data, and I don't know why it didn't show up on the coastline error checker, was a small offshore island which had been drawn in the wrong direction, which I have now fixed. I suggest waiting till some time after Wednesday morning (UTC) and see if the Mapnik layer looks OK then.
