If you move slightly north of your above quoted URL and switch to edit mode in Potlatch and press G to show GPS traces: http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?lat=21.54038 <http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?lat=21.54038&lon=-105.28484&zoom= 15> &lon=-105.28484&zoom=15 there are about 3 lines there, which I suspect are the ones that Doug was trying to tag.
