Thank you to those who answered my question about the 'L' key. I'm happy to learn that the 'L' key can be relied upon as I do want to get things right when I'm adding to the Map.
As for changing editors, I think at the moment I'll stick with Potlatch as I don't want to change editors just yet and possibly be even more confused? If ever I get to be a super duper gold star cartographer then I might consider moving up to Osmarender :) Thanks guys Pete
