I think that would be the equivalent, yes. On the Isle of Man Survey
map it's shown as a light green without a border.
Perhaps boundary=open_access would make sense then? I wonder if there
are equivalents in other countries?
The Cotswolds (which, for some reason, has been designated an Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty) have been mapped as a National Park. I think
this is wrong as NP have different rules, such as planning & management.
I suspect that may have been to make it show on the map ;)
How many times do you have to be told? "Don't... ;-)
How an area can be described as an AONB when Jeremy Clarkson lives there
is beyond me!
