You're doing the right thing by tagging it, it just so happens that at
the moment neither Mapnik or Osmarender is set up to show it. The online
maps only show some of the data that is stored. Someone wanting to
hightlight the libraries would be able to produce a map using your data
though. I suspect that schools are shown because their grounds can cover
quite a large area.
