Thank you! That's what I meant by "culturally equivalent" in my other post regarding living streets and bicycle boulevards. Now, I could be wrong (I'm on Amtrak right now and can't do a quick once-over on the wiki), but there's no widely accepted tag for a bicycle boulevard. There is, however, a tag that means "this street has been severely gamed to make it uncomfortable for motorists for the benefit of nonmotorized use."
