Thanks to Bill and Mike. I had forgotten about the layer tag, mainly because there is nothing below the walk way.
The ramp up was indeed slippery although I think that was more to do with me carrying half of the Northamptonshire countryside around on my boots after 8 very muddy miles. Is there a gradient type of tag I can use? I found one related to MTB Trails but it didn't seem appropriate, especially since it was a subjective easy/moderate etc value rather than a proper ratio.
