While not being a capo, I don't think it is a good idea to copy all those data 
into OSM.

Rather than that, try to make use of the url=* tag to point to data sources 
which get updated more frequently than a map ever will be.

Apps using OSM data can then start queries on these data sources, if of any 
interest. You could even create a link to a dynamic phonebook db page to look 
up numbers of inhabitants based on the address info in OSM (which belongs 
definitely there).

I think it is not a future problem to improve the map detail density, but to 
keep it up to date.
That's one of the reasons why I don't map buildings if they are not of special 
interest.

Just my point of view, yours may differ.
