Can I take that photo? If I can take a photo of private building, then yahoo can take satellite photos and we could map with that. In Spain, I think no problem if someone take a photo of private building (with no appear of persons; the persons have the right not appearing in the photo "Intimacy right").... I don't know in other countries. And I don't know if satellite photo is the same as photo.
