I got my hands laid on some freely available local district maps. But I donot know how to use them as the source for JOSM. Can my local maps (digital .png or .jpg) maps be used as the source in form in either JOSM or POTLOCH editor? My basic requirement is to draw some roads so i donot think resolution would be a great factor..Would it?
Note: The maps *donot* have any sort of LAT LONG specifications.
