    Look at the Map Rectifier (http://labs.metacarta.com/rectifier/).
    You can use
    maps available there to pinpoint your uploaded maps.

Before you start using the rectified paper map please ensure that the map is copyright free. Please take a look at wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Potential_Datasources <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Potential_Datasources> .
