Hi everyone, I currently use OSM data as part of a research project. As part of my project, I've discovered several areas in the part of the map that I'm using (Minneapolis, MN). Most of them are places where roads don't overlap properly.
I found these areas by obtaining an OSM download, importing it into my PostGIS database, and using some PHP to generate a table. This table contains points that need to be examined and fixed. I'd like to overlay these points onto an OSM map and fix these errors. I have a WMS server and tools that can render images directly from PostGIS connections (QGIS). This is great for producing pictures, but it's a pain to try to fix errors by looking at one window that contains the errors (say, in QGIS) and then switch to a second window (say, JSOM) to actually fix the errors. I'd like to find an OSM editor that will allow me to overlay my points onto the map that I'm editing. Preferably, I'd like to be able to do this in the JSOM editor. I'd also like to avoid using the QGIS OSM editor plugin -- it's not nearly as nice as the JSOM editor and seems to be pretty buggy. Any suggestions? Thanks, Brian
