This is great for producing pictures, but it's a pain to try to fix errors by looking at one window that contains the errors (say, in QGIS) and then switch to a second window (say, JSOM) to actually fix the errors. I'd like to find an OSM editor that will allow me to overlay my points onto the map that I'm editing...
Use JOSM's imagery feature, pointed at your WMS server, to give you a background layer with your data. Alternatively, convert your error points from your database to OSM XML format and load that as a layer in JOSM. You can toggle between layers, merge then delete them, etc. in JOSM.
