Tagging the underlying physical conditions would be uncontroversial. width=$somenarrowvalue,for example. I don't know of a tag for decreasing radius curve, but perhaps that should be extracted from the spatial db? Sounds hard. ;-) What do you suggest for posted dangerous intersections?
