The semi-graphical method is to run (as root) the utility in /usr/bin/setup, 
but this only takes care of run level 5 and it is slightly buggy in Red Hat 
8.0. I would suggest following Byron's suggestion (typing the command he gave 
you). If you have any questions, just type man chkconfig and read the 
instructions six or seven times.
