Hey, I'm new to Linux, and to the uug, so don't assume I know
anything. I have had Linux (fedora 1) on my desktop for a while, so
I've learned some basics, but I didn't really have any problems with
that computer. I just installed fedora 4 on my laptop, which is kind
of old.
My problem is I cant figure out how to get the graphics card
working. With my other computer, fedora auto detected it(nvidia
geforce) and set things up to work with it, but I still had to get
nVidias drivers from there web site for it to work well (i.e. run 3d
games, etc). That was pretty easy. This time though its a savage/IX
and I don't know where to go or what to do.
So, If you can help, than please do.
p.s. If I'm emailing the wrong address, or anything else, please tell me.
