Hi to all. I have been trying to set up a subdomain,
unixforum.froghunters.org. The site www.froghunters.org is functional, if a
bit spare.  In the directory
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/phpbb2/phpbb2_1/phpBB2/, I have set up phpBB. It
is accessible now by going to:

http://froghunters.org/phpbb2/phpbb2_1/phpBB2/index.php

Feel free to sign up or see if you notice any problems, by the way. Anyway,
I would like to set up the aforementioned subdomain to point to this same
bulletin board. So, here's what I did:

1) In the zone file for the domain froghunters.org, I set up this entry:
name: unixforum; TTL: 1d; Type; CNAME; Data: @.

2) In httpd.conf, I added:

<VirtualHost *>
        ServerName unixforum.froghunters.org
        DocumentRoot /www/htdocs/phpbb2/phpbb2_1/phpBB2/
</VirtualHost>

3) Restarted Apache.

Now I wait for DNS to propagate. Should this work? It seems to line up,
but I'm pretty new to it. Thanks--

Andrew
