Now is the time to tell the European Union (EU) to stop pushing unfair
new trade agreements on some of the world?s poorest countries.
Trade between the EU and 75 African, Caribbean and Pacific countries
could lift millions of people out of poverty, but only if there are fair
rules which allow the growth of farming and industry in these poor
countries. But the EU?s current proposals will threaten livelihoods of
millions of workers.
