NFS 3.0 Support Pack 1 contains several
enhancements and numerous bug fixes for
NetWare NFS Services 3.0. The main new
eature provided by NFS SP1 is the
ability to use NFS in a Novell
Clustered environment.
This NFS Support Pack assumes you are
running NFS 3.0 on either NetWare 5.1
with Support Pack 2a, or NetWare 5.0
with Support Pack 6a. However, you can
safely use this on NetWare 5.1 Support
Pack 1 or NetWare 5.0 Support Pack 5,
as long as you follow one extra step:
After the installation of the Support
Pack, manually copy \CSP4\NFSGY.NLM
(from the download materials) to
SYS:SYSTEM. The only difference
between this NLM and the one
auto-installed by NFS SP1 is they
expect different versions of NSS.NLM.
