 hi
 i've repeated all the process and il's ok. i don't know why it dosn't work first.
So now i've 2 ca entitees one as sslserver the other as sslclient. For the key usage i added data and key encipherement .
here is my httpd.conf

openssl pkcs12 -in t2.p12 -out server.key -nocerts -passin stdin -nodes
My problem is that it doesn't work. Mozilla don't display -8101 i can access to WWW but when i try to access the content of secure mozilla ask for a
 password but 
it displays nothing. 
same thing for IE

Shoud i create a ca root for  each???? cause when i tried to  create anoter  "ca enfant" i couldn't??
