<<
Toronto lawyer Christopher Black wants to defend Slobodan Milosevic at
the United Nations war crimes tribunal. Black is flying to The Hague
tomorrow to see the former Yugoslav leader in the detention centre
where he has been held since his handover to the tribunal last week on
charges of crimes against humanity. But the 51-year-old Osgoode Hall
graduate and long-time defence lawyer hopes the former president
softens the stance he took yesterday at a brief hearing in The Hague,
and will reverse his decision not to accept legal counsel. >>

This is a f-ing lie - big surprise. Black did NOT say any of that to
them.
They make him like some ambulance chaser on a grand scale and
contemptuous of
Milosevic. He is furious about this article and I think he should sue
the
bastards.

What he said was: "President Milosevic has requested to see me to
discuss
legal matters. I fully support his legal strategy and I think he did a
magnificent job at the Hague circus."
