LETTER FROM FILIP VUJANOVIC TO THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT REGARDING THE
HOSTAGE CRISIS IN MOSCOW TERRORISTS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE
Podgorica - We have been watching with the greatest concern the
developments of the latest act of terrorism in Moscow. Therefore, in the
name of the Government of Montenegro, I would like to express our
support regarding your efforts to solve this dramatic situation in a
best way possible, to set the innocent people free and to lead the
terrorists to justice - reads the telegram of the Montenegrin Prime
Minister Filip Vujanovic to the Government of Russia regarding the
hostage crisis in Moscow.
Your victory will be the common victory of the entire civilized world in
their fight against terrorism - the greatest world's threat, which is
disturbing peace and stability in the world more and more seriously -
states Premier Vujanovic`s telegram.

THE U.S.A. IMPRESSED WITH THE ELECTIONS IN MONTENEGRO
Podgorica - The United States of America (U.S.A.) are impressed with the
manner in which the authorities in Montenegro organized the
parliamentary elections - stated to Radio Montenegro the U.S.A. Consul
to Podgorica Hoyt Brian Yee.
Mr. Yee praised the Montenegrin opposition as well for their
"constructive" comments of the election results. He also announced
cooperation with the new Montenegrin Government, as well as with
non-governmental organizations in Montenegro.
MONTENEGRO'S GOVERNMENT AND PANAMA'S EBERHARD SIGNED A CONTRACT: 30-YEAR
CONCESSION
Podgorica - The representatives of the Montenegrin Government and
Panama's "Eberhards International Distributors Company" signed a
contract on 30-yesr concession of the Port of Bar container terminal in
Bar yesterday.
The Panama Company has agreed to pay US$25.5 million for the 30-year
concession. For the variable provision the Company is expected to pay
US$90 million.
"Eberhard" has announced new investments which are supposed to improve
the competitive status of the Port and its maritime trade - reads the
announcement of the Port of Bar Information Service.

Podgorica - Sjedinjene Americke Drzave ( SAD) su impresionirane nacinom
na koji je vlast u Crnoj Gori organizovala parlamentarne izbore - rekao
je Radiju Crne Gore americki konzul u Podgorici Hojt Brajan Ji.
Ji je pohvalio i crnogorsku opoziciju zbog " konstruktivnih" komentara
rezultata izbora i najavio saradnju sa novom crnogorskom vladom i
nevladinim organizacijama u Crnoj Gori.
CRNOGORSKA VLADA I PANAMSKI EBERHARD POTPISALI UGOVOR: KONCESIJA NA 30
GODINA
Podgorica - Predstavnic crnogorske Vlade i panamske kompanije Eberhard
International Distributors potpisali su juce u Baru ugovor o koncesiji
na kontejnerskom terminalu Luke Bar na 30 godina.
Panamska kompanija ce za 30-godisnju koncesiju platiti 25,5 miliona
americkih dolara, dok se procjenjuje da ce za varijabilnu proviziju
izdvojiti ukupno 90 miliona.
Eberhard je najavio nove investicije koje bi trebalo da ojacaju
konkurentni polozaj Luke i pomorske privrede - saopstila je Sluzba za
informisanje Luke Bar.
