EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF MONTENEGRO'S PARLIAMENT
DISCUSSION ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER DRAFT
Podgorica - The extraordinary session of Montenegro's Parliament will be
held on Thursday, January 23.
Montenegro's representatives will discuss the draft of the
Constitutional charter of the future state union of Serbia and
Montenegro, as well as the draft Law on the Constitutional charter
implementation.
THE CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION TODAY IN PODGORICA
FOCUS ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER IMPLEMENTATION
Podgorica - The session of the Constitutional commission for drafting
the Constitutional charter of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro
will be held in Podgorica today.
According to Podgorica media, the members of the Commission are to make
some legal and technical adjustments to the draft Law on the
implementation of the Charter. Once adjusted, the Law will be sent to
the parliaments of Montenegro and Serbia for adoption.
The draft text on human and minority rights and civil freedoms will also
be discussed at the session.
THE COUNCIL FOR PRIVATIZATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF MONTENEGRO TENDER FOR
SELLING STEELWORKS AND ALUMINUM COMBINE
Podgorica - A Tender for the privatization of the Aluminum Combine, as
well as primary and manufacturing capacities of Niksic Steelworks is
expected to be announced soon - this was the decision of the Council for
Privatization of the Government of Montenegro.
The Council has decided to set off a privatization procedure by selling
57,99 percent of shares of Niksic Steelworks through a public Tender.
The Tender Commission is supposed to prepare a Tender for selling 65,53
percent of shares of Podgorica Aluminum Combine and renew the procedure
for selling manufacturing capacities.

RASPRAVA O PREDLOGU USTAVNE POVELJE
Podgorica-Vanredna sjednica Skupstine Republike Crne Gore odrzace se u
cetvrtak 23. januara.
Crnogorski poslanici ce raspravljati o Predlogu Ustavne povelje drzavne
zajednice Srbije i Crne Gore,kao o Predlogu zakona za sprovodjenje
Ustavne povelje.
USTAVNA KOMISIJA DANAS U PODGORICI
U ZIZI ZAKON O SPROVODJENJU USTAVNE POVELJE
Podgorica-Sjednica Ustavne komisije za izradu Ustavne povelje drzavne
zajednice Srbije i Crne Gore odrzace se danas u Podgorici.
Clanovi Komisije,prema najavama podgorickih medija,izvrsice
pravno-tehnicku korekciju teksta Zakona za sprovodjenje Povelje,nakon
cega ce taj zakon biti dostavljen skupstinama Crne Gore i Srbije na
usvajanje.
Na sjednici ce biti razmatran i tekst Povelje o ljudskim i manjinskim
pravima i gradjanskim slobodama.
VLADE CRNE GORE - SAVJET ZA PRIVATIZACIJU:
USKORO TENDER ZA PRODAJU ZELJEZARE I ALUMINIJSKOG KOMBINATA
Podgorica-Tender za privatizaciju Kombinata aluminijuma,kao i primarnih
i preradjivackih kapaciteta niksicke Zeljezare,uskoro bi trealo da bude
objavljen-odlucio je Savjet za privatizaciju Crne Gore.
Savjet je odlucio da pokrene postupak privatizacije prodajom 57,99 odsto
akcija Zeljezare Niksic putem javnog tendera.
Tenderska komisija trebalo bi da pripremi tender za prodaju 65,53 odsto
akcija Kombinata aluminijuma iz Podgorice i obnovi proceduru za prodaju
preradjivackih kapaciteta.
