Belgrade. Serbia and Montenegro's Minister of Foreign Affairs announced that Serbia will not allow the creation of another Albanian country on its territory, Serbian newspaper Danas reports today. Draskovic emphasized that according to the principles of international law two Albanian countries cannot exist on the Balkans, as no second Croatia or Serbia exists.
