How to negotiate?(Express, Zeri)
Express and Zeri report about the three-week training of he Kosovar side,
sponsored by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, which ended on Saturday. The
international experts that have experience in the negotiations in which big
international conflicts were solved say that the solutions imposed by the
other side that is not in conflict are destined to fail. Roelf Mayer, the
former negotiator of the negotiations that brought peace to South Africa has
good impressions about the preparation of the Kosovar side for talks. Eilen
Babbitt from the known American University Fletcher School said that the
Kosovar side is being prepared with sincerity and in an active way. In the
beginning is important process of shuttle diplomacy, but later this
process can move to a direct negotiations, she said.
