US Council for Kosmet: UN guilty for the ethnic cleansing of Serbs
The US Council for Kosmet accused the UN of assisting and encouraging the
planned, systematic and nearly complete ethnic cleansing of Serbs from
Kosmet, stating that after 1999, every aspect of the lives of Serbs from
Kosmet is in jeopardy. This new report of this pro-Serbian organization,
entitled ’Hiding the Genocide in Kosovo’, states that Serbs in Kosmet were
deprived of the right to all human rights and that they do not have the same
treatment before the law compared with Muslims. The US Council for Kosmet,
lead by former analyst of the US Senate James Jathras, accused the
international community that, justifying the NATO intervention in Kosmet by
preventing genocide against Albanians, it had created conditions for such a
development of events, but against Serbs.
