Kosovo elections

Thursday, January 31, 2008

This is in response to a small item (Jan. 10) regarding the elections that
could speed Kosovo's break from Serbia, as stated by a former rebel leader,
now prime minister, Hashim Thaci.

The fact is that Kosovo is now in the hands of Muslim war criminals such as
Hashim Thaci. According to the German Federal Intelligence Service, Thaci is
one of three KLA kingpins who run the Albanian mafia rackets in Kosovo.

The question that should now be asked is, if the Serbs ethnically cleansed
Kosovo Albanians as has been claimed, then why are the Kosovo Albanians over
90 percent of the population and the Serbs, who were once the majority in
their Jerusalem, fewer than 10 percent? Also, consider the fact that the
Kosovo Albanians who want their independence make up only 19 percent of
Serbia. Shouldn't there be a vote on independence open to all of Serbia?

Because most of Europe fears the consequences of granting independence to
Kosovo is violation of established international law, Thaci must resort to
declaring independence.
