In his meeting with government members on Monday, President Putin said, "When we talk about political issues this is one side of the problem. The other one is the humanitarian aspect. If we mean the humanitarian aspect, we should think of that the enclave's population should feel normal irrespective their nationality." "If they need humanitarian aid let's provide it but without political motivation," Putin stressed. He instructed the Russian prime minister "to finalise this issue".
