"webfetch" is probably not the name of a real program or package, but
only a name for a required progra type. The packages curl and wget
probably both provide "webfetch" (by a "Provides:" tag in their spec
files) and so you fulfill the requirement by either curl or wget. When a
package needs a printing system but it does not matter which, it
requires "lpddaemon". the cups, lpr, LPRng, and pdq packages all provide
"lpddaemon" because they are printing systems.
