Opened it up and the default value is:
make='nmake' under this path: C:\perl\lib\Config.pm
Along this thread, are there any specific libraries (dll,
other?) it needs in the same directory as it to run? And, if
it's a path-based prob, does nmake need to be in a specific
path besides the C:\ and C:\nmake I currently have it in?
