Have you read http://www.newsclipper.com/prodinfo.htm? You can put dynamic
content anywhere in the input file, and from multiple sources. Each input file
becomes an html file.

I'm not sure I follow. You changed the line
  <filter name=limit number=10>
to
  <filter name=limit number=30>
right? (You shouldn't have to change (or even look at) yahootopstories.pm.)

Maybe there were only 10 stories at that time?

When you complete the MakeHandler program, it will rename that file for you
and tell you to put it in your handlers directory.
