You need these extra perl packages. They don't come by default
with distribution so you need to install them yourself. Look at the
README file that came with Newsclipper. It has exact ftp lines for all
the extra packages you may need (about 10 or so.) Download these
files. For each package do this, as Chris Pimlott suggested in earlier
mail:
/usr/bin/perl5 Makefile.PL prefix=~/perl
make
make test
make install
This will install these packages local to your home dir, so no need to
ask root for permission. After that you can try installing Newsclipper
again.
