Can you recommend some leading youth-based online political engagement efforts?

(Or youth focused efforts ... focused 25 and under)

I am looking for great examples to share on my upcoming speaking trip
to Taiwan and the Philippines in June where I will in part be
addressing youth audiences.

Examples of efforts that have used online organizing to convert often
youth-fueled protest movements (in any country) into sustained
political change/democracy building activity would also be very
useful.
