la mia domanda di qualche giorno fa e' centrale a questi discorsi, IMHO.
come implementare tecnicmente la riserva di legge nei diritti
costituzionali ?
la tensione e' tra diritto individuale ed interesse collettivo.
la risposta cui conduce Apple (mica da sola, eh) e' che l'AI potrebbe
implementare la riserva di legge, se attivata su mandato del giudice.
uno spyware per default a bordo dei device, attivabile dalla magistratura.
mi sembra che stiamo andando li'.
(spingendo i criminali a nascondersi ancora di piu')
