A small followup: My reason for the interest in this is https://sourceforge.net/p/nfdump/mailman/message/35481221/ which still applies to 1.6.16 - i.e. I have IPFIX netflow produced by Huawei routers where the time shows up as 1970-01-01 01:00:00.000, despite what appears to be perfectly valid time fields (as seen with Wireshark). I'd love to have this fixed.
