I see from your reply that you are getting the IP address (Src and Dest) of all connections that are established in your system using ofcourse with netstat command.
If this is not giving the results which you are expecting, I assume you are trying to find active computers in your network or vulnerable system within the network or real time tracing of some IP thru some mechanism. Can you clarify what are you looking for? Thanks Naik for lead given wrt the real time tracing.
