Infact I'm not much clear with the query.....

Do you want to know the uses/difference between NAT & Transparent Web
Proxy.

Else do you want to know the network architecture & where the Proxy
and NAT Service is implemented?

It would be better if you can be diagrammatically clear with points
for further clarity.
