Do you see anything in client's /var/adm/messages stating whether or not the NFS server is accepting the requests?
I am having a similar issue where the client reports error 4, 145, and one other number I don't have in front of me but basically the NFS server does not appear available. However, other clients are connecting to the same mount point with no issues. I know this doesn't help but perhaps posting the remarks from the client will help. One item I had considered attempting is restarting the client's rpcbind service...
