I have a ticket open with Cisco concerning the Ifindex numbers reported by the router. I still haven't heard back from them. My problem is that the flows are reporting ifindexes matching to vlan interfaces and not ifindexes matching to Physical ports, I think this is related to the problem Adrian described. I also think your getting an ifindex of 0 because your looking at layer 2 traffic. At least that's the ifindex I was seeing for all of my layer 2 traffic. If the problem is the same as mine a "show snmp mib ifmib ifindex" will turn up nothing and using NetFlow version 5, 7 or 9 wont change anything either. Run a "sh ip route 62.253.0.0" on your router. This will let you know if the router sees the ip's 62.253.83.189 and 62.253.91.251 on the same B network or separate C networks. hope this helps.
