No - it should not. What you see in the profile should always be raw data size.
stat
data is never taken into account. The difference could result from a disk full
event.
When you manually remove files from the disk, the bookkeeping is not updated
accordingly and therefore the numbers differ. For 1.2.4 you need to rebuild
the profile ( which also rebuilds the rrd DBs ) to recalculate raw data size.
To prevent rrd rebuild you may store away the rrd DBs - rebuild the profile -
restore saved rrd DBs.
