You need to follow the INSTALL file:
Nobody must edit any rrd while the RRDs are going to be initialised.
So let ./nftrack -I do it's job until finished.
When properly configured as point 7. of the INSTALL points out,
you only need to reload nfsen afterwards. The backend plugin Porttracker.pm then
keeps track of all other issues, such was creating the portstat files etc.
