It depends on what you want to do: If you run NfSen in Simulation mode, the RRD
in question are rebuilt as requested.
I real mode, there is no possibility so far. I'm not aware of any tools adding
some data - for example missing data -
into an RRD.

Yes - they are, as they are rebuilt as settings may change.

successfull than Firefox in displaying the graphs, but
| restart of browser helps a lot). Looks like a race condition. I still have
some strange problems that I can't do any
| selection on the details page. Every reload resets all values to it's
defaults.

I can not reproduce this and did not get any other reports, concerning this
issue. If you have more details to follow up, this
would be nice.
