Our ISP charges us by our usage, they charge us $ x Y/Mb where Y is 
equal to our 95th percentile usage.  The 95th percentile billing 
structure is an industry standard.  It is supported by many network 
monitoring programs like Cacti for example.  If 95th percentile 
calculations and graphing is not supported by nfsen, is there a using 
nfsen RRD files in Cacti guide somewhere.
